The department of Management in Christ College, Mysuru started in the year 2016 which provides strong foundation in core business disciplines, helping students to acquire the key competencies required by all business management students at an undergraduate level. Our three-year intensive BBA program (affiliated to University of Mysore) focuses on enhancing the student’s ability to communicate effectively, develop problem-solving attitude, analyse situations, inculcate time- management and organizational skills, induce decision-making and teamwork to develop a holistic view of the different functional areas of business environment. It aims at helping students to shape the emerging profession of Business Administration by delivering the cutting-edge inter-disciplinary educational experience to the students with an aspiration of building a career in this field.
The college follows the syllabus prescribed by the University of Mysore which gets updated from time to time.
Candidates who have passed Two Year Pre University Course of Karnataka State in any discipline or its equivalent (viz., 10+2 of other states, ITI, Diploma etc.) are eligible for admission into this program
The duration of study is Four years , which is divided into Eight Semesters. As per the University of Mysore policy , candidate shall complete his/her degree within eight academic years from the date of his/her admission to the first semester. The NEP 2020 provides multiple exit options for students as specified below:
